For non-Title IX incidents:?

What it is:

Students, parents and staff can report experiences that negatively impact their education based on race, gender, culture, religious belief, socio-economic status and sexual orientation.

Examples:

  • Discrimination based on culture or ethnicity?
  • Bullying?
  • Racial and homophobic slander?
  • Anti-Semitism?? ?

How it works:

  • Reports may be anonymous or identifiable.?
  • Tip and messages are only accepted through the PSD Incident Reporting platform.
  • Reports are?responded to within three business days (this platform is?not monitored 24/7).

Process after a report is made

  • Student-to-student reports are?sent to the director of the Language, Culture and Equity Department to review within three business days.

  • Student-to-staff reports are?sent to the director of the Language, Culture and Equity Department to review within three business days.

  • Staff-to-staff reports are?sent to the Chief?Human Resources Officer?to review within three business days.
